Terms and Conditions:

Bookings:

Minimum 2 night stay required.

Guests pay a 50% prepayment at the time of booking.

The balance will be collected 7 days before check-in.

Zero charge for Infants and Children under 12, added as ‘Optional Extra’.

Cancellations:

No refund if booking is cancelled less than 7 days before check-in.

If cancelled between 7 – 21 days before check-in, guests lose their 50% prepayment only.

If cancelled more than 21 days before check-in, all payments made will be refunded.

All refunds subject to a $30 Administration Fee.
